Beta Service & Data Disclaimer

Dyamic is currently in active beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. This includes the right to wipe the database, delete accounts, or reset configurations without prior notice. Use this service at your own risk; do not rely on it for mission-critical infrastructure during this phase.

1. Service Description & Limitations

Dyamic is strictly a Dynamic DNS (DDNS) service provider. By using our service, you acknowledge the following technical limitations:

Dyamic operates on a "try before you buy" model. We offer a free version of the service to allow users to evaluate the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access, delete your account, or revoke any subdomain immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Law Enforcement & Data Disclosure

We take user privacy seriously. We refuse to hand over user data, logs, or identity information to third parties or law enforcement unless we are served with a valid court order or warrant. We do not respond to informal police requests or intimidation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dyamic and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dyamic makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uptime or availability of the service.

While we aim for 99.995% uptime, we do not guarantee it. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We try to respond within 24-48 hours, but a formal verified response may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on our workload. We reserve the right not to respond if the request is incomplete.

We will block and refuse to communicate with anyone who chooses to threaten us, especially if they do not politely attempt to resolve the situation first.
