Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
To operate the Dyamic service, we collect the minimum amount of data necessary:
- Account Information: We collect your email address to create and manage your account. While we do not enforce email verification, this address serves as your primary identifier.
- IP Addresses: To function as a Dynamic DNS provider, we must store the current IP address that your hostname points to. We overwrite this data every time your IP updates.
- User ID (UID): We utilize a unique internal identifier to link your account to your subdomains.
2. Data Usage & Logs
We believe in data minimization. Our logging policy is as follows:
- No Historical IP Logs: We store only your current IP address required for service functionality. We do not maintain a historical log of your previous IP addresses or location history.
- No Activity Logs: We do not track or log user activity, browsing habits, or DNS query data.
- Backups: System backups are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are encrypted and automatically deleted after the retention period.
3. Infrastructure & Third Parties
We use trusted third-party infrastructure to ensure the security and stability of our service. By using Dyamic, you acknowledge that data may pass through these providers:
- Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database management.
- Cloudflare: Used for DDoS protection and edge security. Traffic routing through our frontend or API is subject to Cloudflare's security analysis to prevent abuse.
- Payment Processors: If you upgrade to a paid plan, your financial information is processed directly by our third-party payment provider. Dyamic does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use tracking pixels, advertisement cookies, or third-party analytics scripts.
We do use local storage and session tokens strictly for authentication purposes. These are necessary technical mechanisms to keep you logged in to your dashboard without re-entering your password on every page load.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You retain full ownership of your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the user settings dashboard.
Upon deletion, your subdomains will be immediately released, and your personal data (email and current IP) will be removed from our live database. Please note that residual copies may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.
